Our Mission

At Falcon, we strive to provide the best service possible to our customers. We can accomplish this by following a set of guiding principles:

Be Forthright
Communicate before the fact. Inform as soon as possible.
Seek to understand before you seek to be understood.
Email is a tool, not a relationship.

Be Accountable
Own the customers and their issues to resolution.
Handle our customers with the value and respect they deserve. They are the life blood of the company.
Treat others the way you would want to be treated.

Be Adaptive
Do not say the words “That’s not my job.”
Look for ways that we can versus reasons we cannot.
Make it easy for customers to do business with us.

Be Courageous
If you fail to do your job, stand up and take responsibility, then move on and learn from your mistake.
Uphold our values even when it is difficult to do so.
Challenge existing processes that do not make sense.

Have Integrity
Treat the company’s money as if it was your own.
Always act in the best interest of the company and the customer.
Perform your job to the highest ethical standards.

These are the standards we hold ourselves personally accountable in every aspect of our business, and should translate into a worthwhile experience with Falcon.

Our History

Falcon Communications Solutions has evolved from a local service organization, with its roots in historic Old Town Manassas, VA, to one of the Mid Atlantic Region’s leading communications providers.

Falcon Communications was incorporated in 1995, in the Commonwealth of Virginia. For 20 years, we’ve been providing small to medium sized businesses with telephone equipment, internet connectivity, wireless services, low-voltage cabling & termination and GPS fleet management.

Over time, technology has changed and we’ve changed with it. When new products arrive on the market, we evaluate them thoroughly and offer only the best solutions to our clients. We’ve seen the business communications industry evolve from POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) to PBX (Private Branch Exchange), to VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and now sophisticated UM (Unified Communications) systems.

We have developed deep and meaningful relationships with industry leaders in communications including Comcast, Cox, Intelisys, Star2Star, Toshiba and Verizon. We continue to evaluate the latest technology and make recommendations to meet our clients ever expanding requirements.

Our Community

At Falcon we realize that our exponential growth is due to our investments in the community. Falcon has supported the following community service organizations:
