A Frustrating Day for the Town of Haymarket Saved by Richard Short!

I just wanted to let you know, your Tech came out yesterday (I can never remember his name!)

and did the switchover from Verizon to Comcast, with the Comcast tech.

I have to tell you, was a very frustrating day as the Comcast Tech appeared to not know what he was doing,

and had everything all messed up, and our internet down for hours.  Your tech had to basically tell the Comcast tech

how to do it and what to do.  At one point, the Comcast tech came to your tech and had to ask him how to do some things.

To say I’m not happy with how it went on the Comcast end is an understatement.  But your Tech saved the day for us!

I just wanted to pass that along, and please tell him we say again, thanks for helping out in this situation!

Richard was a lifesaver!  And we appreciate him stepping in and handling the already

frustrating situation that Comcast had created!
