I wanted to write you to let you know how grateful I am for your employee, Josh Pankey.  I am a new small business owner (we open Monday, August 8th!) and have been working with Josh for the past 2 months to get my internet and phones set up. Mine is a little complicated of a situation since I am a franchise and corporate has their own separate (old school) server requirements. I am terrible with IT and Josh called corporate to talk to their specialist to find out the details of all this, and moved forward with his installation keeping their needs in mind.  I was away for 3 weeks of training and he handled all the issues that came up with Comcast without bothering me during my training.

But nothing compares to how helpful he was today - I was on the phone with corporate as they walked me through their server installation (just not a good idea!!!!), and after almost 3 hours on the phone with them, Josh walked in to give us our scheduled phone training. Josh graciously took the phone, talked to corporate, and continued to fix EVERYTHING that was going wrong with my installation - he truly went above and beyond: he installed another shelf to organize the HUGE mess I made of the cords, he replaced several cords that were too small, he installed another switch - there is a lot more he did but I don't even know how to articulate it. He spent almost 5 hours in my office when he was only going to give us a 30 minute training session. He was so patient, kind, and helpful, and he absolutely saved me from a complete and total meltdown! He is a lifesaver, and I can't thank him enough for all the help he gave us today!

Thank you for having such wonderful customer service and amazing technicians - you have a customer for life!
