3. Dial two digits (00-99) for year
4. Dial two digits (01-12) for month
5. Dial two digits (01-31) for day
6. Dial two digits (01-23) for hour
7. Dial two digits (01-59) for minutes
8. Press SPEAKER to end
How do I program a Transfer to Voice Mail button?
To program a Transfer to Voice Mail autodial at your phone:
1. Press INTERCOM
2. Dial * * 1
3. Press programmable button for Transfer to Voice Mail autodial button location
4. Dial 6
5. Dial extension number of the voice mail station port
6. Press SPKR to end (label button location)
How do I redial the last dialed number?
To automatically redial the last dialed number one time:
1. Press SPKR (or hang up handset) to disconnect current ringing or busy tone
2. Press #
3. Listen for ringing or busy tone over the monitor speaker
-ringing tone: when party answers, pick up handset
-busy tone: press SPKR to disconnect

1. Press * # 01
2. Put in year, month, day, and minutes using military time. (ex. Year ** Month**, and Day**)
3. After you have put in this information press speaker to end

To program the date and time:
1. Press INTERCOM
2. Dial * # 0 * 0 1 (should cay Set Clock at this point)
3. Dial two digits (01-12) for month
4. Dial two digits (01-31) for day
5. Dial two digits (00-99) for year
6. Dial two digits (00-23) for hour Example: 8:15 PM = 2015 (enter 20 for hour)
7. Dial two digits (00-59) for minute Example: 8:15 PM = 2015 (enter 15 for minute)
8. Dial # to save
9. Press SPEAKER to end
DX-80 & 120
1. Press feature #, *
2. Display will say password
3. Dial # eight times
4. Press show (look for in display area)
5. Dial 0814
6. Press save
7. System will be displayed on screen
8. Press show
9. Press next until hour is displayed
10. Press change on display
11. Dial 2 digits for hour in 24 hour format
12. Press save
13. Lift handset to quit
FX/FXII
